Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. seeks a Requirements Analyst to support Federal Government and Intelligence Community customers by eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, and tracking technical and operational requirements.

The role serves as a liaison between customers and implementation teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and aligned with program objectives; a Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Two years of relevant experience in requirements gathering or similar Federal Government/Intelligence Community work.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Experience eliciting, documenting, validating, and tracking technical or operational requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze IT requirements to determine customer needs.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, technical teams, and implementation organizations.
• Interface with IT professionals to support production, storage, and dissemination of information related to software applications and hardware.
• Contribute to IT program activities, including validating, tracking, eliciting, and documenting requirements.
• Record requirements using approved systems and templates (Remedy, SM7) and ensure traceability.
• Review requirements for clarity, completeness, consistency, and proper documentation.
• Identify conflicting or ambiguous requirements and support resolution with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain requirement procedures and related documentation.
• Prepare and deliver statistical data related to requirements activity and status.
