Job summary

Raft, a remote-first U.S.-based technology partner, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to guide requirements reviews, client support, testing, and readiness analysis for federal agency projects.

You will interface with developers, SMEs, stakeholders, and testers to ensure end-state functionality meets customer value; requires 3–5 years in technical roles, strong communication with customers, and a Bachelor’s degree. Active Secret clearance preferred; travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in a technical role.
• Experience communicating with customers, stakeholders, and agile software development teams.
• Experience with requirements analysis, scaled agile framework, data analytics, risk management, and agile transformations.
• Technical experience in software development, systems engineering, integration, or release management.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
