Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking a remote Business Analyst to support successful software and business process solutions. You will gather and analyze requirements, engage stakeholders, document solutions, and support implementation and testing activities.

The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication, the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, and experience juggling multiple time-sensitive projects in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 2–5 years of business analysis or requirements gathering experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process modeling and documentation.
• Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and gap analysis.
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies and execution.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels to understand business and software needs.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, working meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, process diagrams, wireframes, test documentation, and other solution documentation.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements for developers and testers.
• Support software development, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain User Guides, Design Documents, Release Notes, and SOPs.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support COTS products such as SharePoint, Tableau, and Jira.
• Analyze customer requests, define solution scope, and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage multiple projects while communicating with stakeholders.
