Job summary

KellyMitchell is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager – AEC / Enterprise Transformation to lead enterprise-wide business and technology initiatives. This role is primarily remote and focuses on driving cross-functional projects, governance, and organizational transformation in a dynamic PMO environment.

Responsibilities include planning through implementation, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration across IT, Finance, HR, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Significant project management experience in the AEC industry.
• Senior-level experience leading large, cross-functional enterprise projects.
• Proven experience managing enterprise business transformation and technology initiatives.
• Strong business process improvement experience and ability to drive operational efficiencies.
• Ability to establish structure, governance, timelines, and accountability in immature PMO environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, Operations and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide business and technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Establish governance, milestones, dependencies, communication plans, and accountability frameworks.
• Manage cross-functional transformation initiatives across IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and enterprise apps.
• Drive business process improvements and organizational change initiatives.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and priorities while enabling timely decisions.
