KellyMitchell Group seeks a Senior IT Project Manager for an AEC/Enterprise Transformation engagement. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, align IT and business goals, and establish governance and execution discipline in a dynamic environment.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, finance, HR, operations, and enterprise apps, apply Agile/Scrum principles, and mentor junior PMs while guiding adoption of new processes and technologies.

Formación

• Senior-level project management experience within Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industries.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional enterprise projects from initiation through implementation.
• Proven ability to drive enterprise business transformation and organizational change.

Responsabilidades

• Independently lead complex, enterprise-wide business and technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Establish project governance, milestones, dependencies, and accountability frameworks in PMO-less environments.
• Manage cross-functional transformation initiatives across IT, Finance, HR, Operations, cloud platforms, and enterprise apps.
• Drive process improvements and organizational change, including HR tech and enterprise platform enhancements.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and downstream impacts while enabling timely decisions.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Apply Agile/Scrum principles to improve execution and mentor junior PMs.
