Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager (NetSuite SME) for a remote, fixed-term engagement of about 18 months. You will lead complex IT projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget adherence.

You will mentor junior PMs, drive process improvements, and ensure regulatory and security compliance across projects. A PMP/PRINCE2 background and 4–6 years of PM experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly preferred.
• 4–6 years IT project management experience including large/complex projects.
• 4–6 years proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• 4–6 years experience with PM tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects.
• Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk plans.
• Coordinate IT, business, vendors, and partners.
• Monitor progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to PM methodologies, governance, and standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and service delivery.
• Mentor junior PMs, coordinators, or team members.
• Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and security requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in PM practices and tools.
