Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, or related field.
• 4–6 years of IT project management experience leading large/complex projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proven track record delivering IT projects on time, within scope and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation to closure, aligned with business objectives.
• Define scope, goals, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Develop and manage plans, schedules, budgets, and risk strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT, business units, vendors, and external partners.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet timelines.
