GovCIO is seeking a Senior Program Director to oversee a complex IT program, plan budgets, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while maintaining compliance. The role emphasizes team development and performance management, with remote work within the United States.

The position requires 10+ years of IT program management experience and the ability to obtain FEMA Public Trust clearance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's with 10-15 years (or commensurate experience).
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs.
• Clearance Required: Must be able to attain and maintain FEMA Public Trust.

Mansioni

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Accounts for cost, schedule and technical performance of programs or subsystems.
• Coordinate proposals, budgets, and contract terms; manage customer relationships.
• Lead staffing plans and recruit, interview, hire staff when needed.
• Monitor contracts, funding, and forecast program financial performance.
