GovCIO currently seeks a Senior Program Director to lead and oversee a complex IT program. This role is fully remote within the United States and requires 10+ years managing large IT programs and a Bachelor's degree, plus FEMA Public Trust clearance.

You will direct program planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management, coordinating proposals, forecasts, and staffing. The role emphasizes leadership, intake reviews, and customer engagement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's with 10-15 years (or commensurate experience).
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs.
• Clearance required: FEMA Public Trust.

Mansioni

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of programs.
• Negotiates contracts and contract changes.
• Prepares proposals, budgets and financial terms of contracts.
• Acts as primary customer contact for program activities and reviews.
• Develops new business or expands product lines with customers.
• Establishes milestones and monitors master plans and schedules.
• Directs work of employees across technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
• Manages one or more programs of size and complexity and supervises staff.
• Monitors contract, subcontract and funding; prepares forecasts.
• Leads major proposals and follow-on business development.
