GovCIO is seeking a Senior Program Director to lead a team in developing, implementing, and managing a complex IT program. The role emphasizes program planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with organizational goals.

The position also concentrates on team management, performance evaluation, and staff development, with remote work offered across the United States. A FEMA Public Trust clearance is required for this role.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in complex IT program management.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and performance of large IT programs.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain FEMA Public Trust clearance.

Mansioni

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Owns cost, schedule and technical performance of programs or subsystems.
• Leads customer interactions, contract discussions, and program reviews.
• Prepares proposals, budgets and financial terms for contracts.
• Manages staffing plans and recruitment for the program.
• Forecasts program financial performance and funds.
• Leads major proposals and business development activities.
