Job summary

CTG is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery of a large, multi-project program supporting national security missions. This role is ideal for a seasoned, PMP-certified leader who has managed federal programs valued at more than $150M and knows how to balance agency priorities, contract requirements, and delivery across many teams.

You will own program performance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for agency stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years leading large software development, IT modernization, or Agile programs.
• Active PMP certification.
• Experience managing large, complex federal programs valued at more than $150M.
• Experience with federal agencies, including COs, CORs, and agency leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of a large federal program with multiple projects.
• Manage program finances, contract performance, and resource planning for a >$150M program.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, designers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage integrated schedules and staffing plans.
• Monitor KPIs and report to agency leadership and CTG executives.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep the program on track.
• Serve as primary contact for agency stakeholders and leadership.
