JMD Technologies Inc. seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead IT Operations, Service Desk, automation, and end-user technology initiatives. This remote role may require onsite presence in Marlborough, MA occasionally.

You will oversee project delivery, coordinate vendor-led implementations, and drive governance with executive reporting. Required 8+ years in project management, PMP certification, and expertise in SAFe Agile and Waterfall.

Qualifications

8+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives.
PMP certification required.
Expertise in SAFe Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience managing client side of vendor-led implementations and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams.
Background in IT Operations, IT Service Desk, service management, automation, or end-user technology delivery.

Responsabilités

Lead planning, execution oversight, and delivery of IT Operations and Service Desk initiatives.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness activities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across EUC, Service Desk, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Operations.
Manage vendor-led implementations, project governance, RAID logs, and executive status reporting.
Lead ServiceNow process improvement initiatives supporting new hires, transfers, asset changes, and lifecycle processes.
Support service desk automation, digital workplace, and end-user technology deployment initiatives.
