• Manage vendor-led implementations, project governance, RAID logs, and executive status reporting.
• Lead ServiceNow process improvement initiatives supporting new hires, transfers, asset changes, and lifecycle processes.
• Support service desk automation, digital workplace, and end-user technology deployment initiatives.

About the role

Seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead IT Operations, Service Desk, automation, and end-user technology initiatives. This role will oversee project delivery, coordinate vendor-led implementations, and drive cross-functional alignment, governance, and executive-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution oversight, and delivery of IT Operations and Service Desk initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across EUC, Service Desk, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Operations.
• Manage vendor-led implementations, project governance, RAID logs, and executive status reporting.

Compensation

• Estimated hourly range: $70–$80/hr (W-2).
