Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a project management role.
• Experience managing ServiceNow delivery engagements, ITSM-focused implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to leverage AI and digital tools to enhance productivity and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow engagements across platform capabilities.
• Serve as primary client-facing project lead, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and team accountability.
• Plan, execute, and govern detailed project plans aligned to contractual scope.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and governance standards; support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
