Job summary

Partner Company in the United States seeks a Senior Engineer (L3) to own escalated tickets and resolve advanced IT infrastructure issues across Windows Server, AD, Exchange, M365, Azure/AWS, networking, and security. This role blends hands-on engineering with client communication and problem solving.

You will document steps, improve reliability, and collaborate with IT teams while working in a fast-paced managed services environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional engineering experience in complex IT environments.
Strong hands-on experience with AD, Windows Server, Exchange and Microsoft 365.
Working knowledge of Azure and/or AWS, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Intune.
Experience with networking, security, virtualization, backup, and data centers.
MSP experience and multi-client exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Own escalated L3 tickets from assignment to resolution.
Diagnose and resolve advanced problems across Windows, AD, Exchange, M365, Azure/AWS, and networking.
Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Configure enterprise networks, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless.
Support virtualization, datacenter tech, and backup/recovery.
Troubleshoot security tools and endpoint protection, EDR/XDR.
Maintain technical documentation and communicate clearly with clients.
Provide after-hours support and participate in on-call coverage as needed.
