Job summary

You’ll work with US-based clients, troubleshoot desktops, servers, networks, and cloud environments, and contribute to secure connectivity and backups across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree or equivalent technical training with proven experience.
• You should have 3–5 years in similar MSP roles and strong MSP tooling familiarity.
• Certifications (CompTIA, MS, Cisco, ITIL or equivalent) are preferred.
• Ongoing education and certifications are expected and supported.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote help-desk and escalation support for end users.
• Handle tickets up to Tier 2 and troubleshoot desktops, servers, and networks.
• Install, configure, and maintain on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Build secure connectivity across sites and remote staff; monitor backups and security.
• Document calls and actions in the ticketing system; participate in after-hours rotation.
