Mercor is seeking an Expert Interviewer for a contract, remote role. You will run structured 20-minute interviews with shortlisted experts, assessing technical depth, communication, and AI-evaluation fit using a provided rubric.

Responsibilities include confirming availability and work authorization, reporting red flags, tiering candidates, and writing concise summaries for the program team. Scheduling will occur within weekday business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, or technical vetting.
• Comfort evaluating senior engineers.
• Strong communication and structured judgment.
• Weekday business-hours availability.
• 10 hours per week commitment, fully remote.

Responsabilités

• Run structured 20-minute interviews with shortlisted experts. Assess technical depth, communication, and AI-evaluation fit using a provided rubric.
• Confirm each expert's availability, work authorization, and exclusivity. Identify and report any red flags.
• Tier candidates as advance, hold, or pass. Write concise summaries for the program team.
• Coordinate scheduling within weekday business hours.
