Job summary

HumanitApp is seeking an experienced Expert Interviewer to vet shortlisted engineers across GPU kernel development, security, vulnerability research, and ML-compiler/accelerator domains for an AI model training-and-evaluation engagement.

You will conduct ~20-minute structured interviews, assess technical depth and communication, confirm availability and work authorization, and provide concise, rubric-based summaries to guide selection.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting, interviewing, or technical-vetting experience.

Responsibilities

• Run ~20-minute structured interviews with shortlisted engineers.
• Assess technical depth, communication, and AI-evaluation fit using a rubric.
• Confirm availability, work authorization, and exclusivity; surface red flags.
• Tier candidates (advance/hold/pass) and write concise summaries for the program team.
• Coordinate scheduling within weekday business hours.
