Job summary

You will run short, structured interviews and provide an evidence-based read on each expert's fit.

• Confirm availability, work authorization, and exclusivity; surface red flags.
• Tier each candidate (advance/hold/pass) and write a concise summary.
• Coordinate scheduling within weekday business hours.
