Jerry.ai is seeking an Insurance Compliance & Regulatory Senior Lead to join our Insurance Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Insurance Ops, this role is ideal for an experienced operations leader who builds rigorous compliance frameworks and acts as the bridge between customers, carrier partners, state regulators, and product teams.

Qualificações

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required (or willingness to obtain it quickly).
• 5+ years of insurance experience, including 3+ years in state insurance and regulatory compliance.
• 2+ years in a team lead, managerial, or supervisory role preferred.
• Proven track record of directly managing state regulatory inquiries and carrier audit relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive cross-functional product and operational improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Escalation Operations: oversee end-to-end investigation and de-escalation for complex customer complaints.
• Own DOI and Insurance Carrier Responses: manage audits, regulatory workflows, and official correspondence.
• Systemic Root-Cause Resolution: partner with Legal, Product & Engineering to convert audit findings into product/process fixes.
• Complaint Log & Compliance Controls: maintain audit-ready records and ensure timely responses and deadlines.
• Carrier Relationship & Claims Support: act as liaison for carrier partners during investigations and inquiries.
• Team Guidance & Coaching: provide guidance and quality oversight to team members.
• Regulatory Reporting & Documentation: maintain records to support inquiries and inform leadership.
