Job summary

Jerry is seeking an Insurance Compliance & Regulatory Senior Lead to join our Insurance Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Insurance Ops, this role is ideal for an experienced operations leader who builds rigorous compliance frameworks and acts as the strategic bridge between customers, carrier partners, regulators, and product teams.

You will own escalation processes, manage regulator inquiries, and translate audit findings into policy and product improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance experience, incl. 3+ years in state regulatory compliance.
• 2+ years in a team lead, managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of NAIC regulations and state insurance codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead escalation operations for critical complaints and act as final escalation
• Own regulator responses and manage state inquiries and carrier audits
• Partner with Legal, Product and Engineering to drive policy and product fixes
• Maintain audit-ready complaint logs and regulatory documentation
• Support carrier relationships and regulatory information audits
• Provide coaching and guidance to the team on compliance practices
• Document regulatory trends and risks to inform leadership
