• Active license; CISR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of support staff and reception.
• Track policy expirations and renewals for clients.
• Process policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, and billing tasks.
• Support new and renewal business with submissions, proposals, and bindings.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Maintain agency management systems and data integrity.
