Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of support staff and associates.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, and policy documents.
• Support new and renewal business with underwriting info and proposals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the team.
• Deliver proactive service and uphold IOA values.
