Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team remotely with occasional on-site collaboration in Longwood, FL. You will handle administrative tasks, renewals, policy endorsements, and client communications while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in insurance client service, knowledge of brokerage processes, and an active license (CISR preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, CISR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Direct day-to-day activities and workflow of team support and account staff.
• Policy Management: Track policy expirations and renewals.
• Task Processing: Handle endorsements, cancellations, renewals, and related documents.
• New and Renewal Business Support: Prepare submissions, evaluate coverages and pricing, bind coverage, and issue policies.
