Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to support account teams, Producers, and assigned groups. You will manage renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries with accuracy and service excellence.

The role emphasizes collaboration with AMs and EEs, policy review, and timely communication. Eligible candidates have 3+ years in insurance customer service, CISR preferred, and strong MS Office skills. Remote work within Eastern/Central Zones is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of team support and reception.
• Track policy expirations for existing clients and renewals.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements and related tasks.
• Support new and renewal business with proposals, submissions and binders.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status with the account team.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service and continuous improvement.
