Job summary

ClearCaptions, LLC. seeks a Sr. Installation Coordinator to oversee scheduling and approval workflows for field service and installation activities.

The role emphasizes front-line management of work orders, KPI-driven performance, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and support teams. The ideal candidate has at least six months in an Installation Coordinator role, strong CRM skills (Salesforce), and excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) months of experience in Installation Coordinator or similar role with KPI attainment.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and assignment of contract work orders to meet SLAs.
• Monitor and triage at-risk orders using dashboards and predefined workflows.
• Process approvals for invoices within payment terms.
• Serve as liaison for Trainer-tech and vendor workflows; respond to routine inquiries.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales to align capacity with forecasted demand.
• Provide SME support to junior coordinators and handle escalated field cases.
