Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a Senior Implementation Operations Specialist to drive data-driven improvements within the Implementation organization.

You will analyze data from Salesforce and Tableau, build reports, and manage strategic initiatives from conception to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable processes and measurable outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, implementation, project management, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build, analyze, and validate reports.
• Experience translating ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions.
• Experience managing projects from problem identification through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate data from Salesforce, Tableau, and other sources to identify trends and insights.
• Build reports and analyses to support leadership decisions with actionable recommendations.
• Identify and manage operational improvement opportunities and strategic initiatives from start to finish.
• Gather requirements, develop solutions, manage risks and dependencies, and measure outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates across Jira and other tools.
• Develop understanding of Keeper’s product suite and Implementation processes to find improvements.
• Design scalable processes involving tools, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and validate delivered solutions.
