Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compliance Program Manager to lead regulatory compliance and governance across enterprise and federal environments.

This remote role supports audit readiness, policy governance and third-party risk management with collaboration across Security, Engineering, and Legal teams. You will translate complex regulatory requirements into clear plans, drive evidence collection, and maintain audit-ready documentation while leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in information security compliance, governance, risk, audit, program management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading audits, assessments or compliance initiatives involving NIST, FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audit cycles, continuous monitoring, POA&M remediation, third-party risk and policy governance.
• Maintain integrated program plans, risks, issues and dependencies; elevate blockers with recommendations.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable plans, processes and accountable workstreams.
• Develop and govern information security training for employees and role-specific audiences.
