Job summary

Axon is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with public safety agencies, translating customer needs into technical configurations for a leading SaaS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, document, and validate solutions that enable mission-critical outcomes.

This role requires CJIS clearance and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Remote work options available from Albany, NY or Fairfax, VA with up to 60% travel.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of relevant SaaS implementation experience.
• Experience working with or in Law Enforcement.
• Experience managing process improvement or facilitating change management amongst teams.
• Demonstrated outcome-driven thinking with hard tradeoff assessments.
• Self-starter who thrives with problem-solving and embraces ambiguity.
• Willingness to join forces and drive company-wide initiatives across multiple departments.
• Technical delivery experience and/or coding language knowledge.
• Must pass a CJIS background check and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the customer to configure systems to achieve business outcomes.
• Capture the voice and desired outcomes of the customer to drive business process documentation.
• Discover complex business requirements and work with teams to design and deliver solutions.
• Assess impact and feasibility of proposed solutions and deliver agency outcomes.
• Design, administer, and document functional/user acceptance tests and training.
• Translate complex business requirements into quality technical configurations.
• Apply Axon best practices to all software configurations and troubleshoot challenges.
