Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead mission-critical cloud and IT deployments for public safety agencies across the country. You will drive projects from kickoff to go-live, coordinating engineering, product, implementation teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful production cutovers.

You will coordinate with DevOps, R&D, and solution architects to align product capabilities with deployment requirements, and you will manage expectations while enabling a smooth customer

Qualifications

• PMP or CAPM certification required.
• 5+ years leading global technical projects in a B2B SaaS/IT/cloud services context.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams through cloud or hybrid deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of cloud-based platforms and go-live support.
• Coordinate with customers, partners & internal teams to implement scalable IT solutions for public safety.
• Create and manage project and technical implementation plans (infrastructure readiness, data flows, failover).
• Collaborate with DevOps, R&D, and Solution Architects to align product capabilities with deployment needs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, proactively resolve issues, and ensure milestones are met.
