Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead integrations for public safety partners, architecting interfaces and coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure successful deployments.

You will analyze architectures, scope projects, and drive secure, scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and cloud technologies. Remote role with travel to hub locations, emphasizing CJIS compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in IT architecture and systems integration.
• Experience managing technical projects from inception to completion.
• Expert networking knowledge including LAN/WAN, security, IP Video, and Video Management Systems.
• Strong Linux and containerization experience (Docker preferred).
• Proficient in APIs (REST/SOAP) and data integration, plus Python/Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and data management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• PM experience or certifications are a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing delivery within the Software Solutions Delivery Team.
• Collaborate with networking and software professionals to deploy Axon technology for various clients.
• Analyze IT architectures for scoping projects and drive system improvements.
• Manage technical projects remotely and at client sites.
• Communicate progress with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capture requirements and document integration capabilities with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and document integrations, and support deployment efforts.
