This is a remote-first opportunity for US-based lawyers. We seek a JD with 4+ years’ Associate experience and strong knowledge of NIV and IV matters (PERM, H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW).

Qualifications

• J.D. and active admission to a U.S. state bar.
• 4+ years of experience at Associate level.
• Exceptional working knowledge of employment-based immigration law across NIV and IV matters including PERM, H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW.
• Prior experience mentoring or managing a team is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Client-first mindset with ownership of the client experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; thorough documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex/ambiguous fact patterns.
• Ability to thrive in a high-cadence environment with competing priorities.
• Team builder; collaborative culture, even in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Own matters end-to-end from handoff through final submission, guiding clients through key decisions.
• Develop expert understanding of clients, industries, and Manifest Law’s services.
• Research immigration issues, apply precedent to client situations, and develop solutions across multiple visa categories.
• Lead strategy on complex cases; execute case preparation and filing; advise on strategy and RFEs.
• Communicate clearly with founders, HR, and in-house counsel; respond within SLAs.
