The attorney works in a high-volume, strategy-focused environment with no billable-hour requirements and compensation that reflects client outcomes and firm performance.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission.
• Strong working knowledge of employment-based immigration (H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, PERM).
• Clear, confident communication—explain complex legal concepts to HR and beneficiaries.

Responsibilities

• Own matters from handoff to final submission and manage milestones.
• Work across a variety immigration matters or focus on specialties with autonomy.
• Provide strategic consulting: assess prospects, set expectations, and build trust.
