Manifest Law, a leading AI-native immigration firm in the United States, seeks an experienced immigration attorney to own matters end to end and guide clients through complex visa processes. You will develop deep client knowledge, build robust strategies, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

You will advise on employment-based immigration across NIV and IV matters, collaborate with colleagues across teams, and contribute to business development while delivering

Competenze

• J.D. and active admission to a U.S. state bar.
• 4+ years of Associate-level experience.
• Exceptional working knowledge of employment-based immigration law across NIV and IV matters.
• Prior experience mentoring a team.
• Excellent written and verbal skills; explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Client-first mindset with ownership of the client experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; thorough documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capacity for complex fact patterns.
• Comfort with pace in a high-volume environment; manage competing priorities.
• Team builder; collaborate remotely.
