Responsibilities

• Guide clients through major immigration decisions and own matters from handoff to final submission.
• Work across cases or focus on specialty (H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-1/E-2/E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, PERM).
• Assess prospects, build trust quickly, and set honest expectations in strategic consulting.
• Manage client relationships through the life of the case with paralegal support for documents.
• Advise on petition strategy, RFE responses, and compliance obligations.
• Use Manifest OS and AI tools to support case quality and efficiency.
