Qualifikationen

• JD and active U.S. bar admission.
• Strong working knowledge of employment-based immigration (H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, PERM).
• Clear, confident communication with HR contacts and beneficiaries.
• Thorough documentation and clean handoffs.
• Comfort in a high-volume environment.

Aufgaben

• Guide clients through important decisions and own matters from handoff to final submission.
• Work across immigration cases (H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-1/E-2/E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, PERM) with varying complexity.
• Assess prospects and set clear expectations in strategic consulting capacity.
• Manage client relationships and collaborate with paralegals on document collection and filing logistics.
• Advise on petition strategy, RFE responses, and compliance for large employer accounts.
• Leverage Manifest AI tools to support case quality and efficiency.
