Competenze

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission.
• Strong working knowledge of employment-based immigration (H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, PERM).
• Clear, confident communication explaining complex legal concepts to HR and beneficiaries.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate handoffs.
• Comfort in a high-cadence environment with real volume expectations.
