Qualifications

• J.D. and bar admission required, U.S.
• Strong knowledge of employment-based immigration (NIV/IV).
• Clear communication and client support.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Comfort in high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• As a Manifest Attorney, guide clients through major life decisions and carry matters from handoff to final submission.
• Work across immigration cases or focus on specialties (H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-1/E-2/E-3, O-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, PERM).
• Assess prospects with HR contacts and set clear expectations in a strategic consulting capacity.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with paralegals on document collection and filing logistics.
• Advise on petition strategy, RFE responses, and compliance with deadlines.
• Leverage Manifest’s AI tools to support quality and efficiency as a true multiplier.
