Job summary

Danaher Corporation is seeking a Senior Identity Specialist to drive the strategy, design, and continuous enhancement of Danaher’s global Identity Services ecosystem. The role focuses on IAM solutions, security improvements, and scalable identity for associates worldwide.

Fully remote position reporting to the Director – Enterprise Identity within Corporate IT. You will lead migrations, mentor operations teams, and collaborate with IT and security to implement policy, governance, and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Proficiency with identity platforms: Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ, PAM like CyberArk.
• Expertise in identity lifecycle management, access governance, and regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR).
• Ability to develop forward‑thinking IAM strategies and lead high‑performing teams.
• Strong independent work and collaboration in global teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive identity services strategy and architecture.
• Collaborate with Information Security to validate policies and mitigate threats.
• Lead migrations and integrations into identity services.
• Mentor and train support/operations teams.
• Work with a large internal IT group to solve complex problems.
