Job summary

Danaher seeks a Director of Identity Security & Privileged Access Management to operationalize and drive its global PAM program—architecting patterns, governing the platform, and driving adoption across OpCos so every privileged identity is discovered, vaulted, monitored, and governed.

Reporting to the Global CISO within the DIS team, this remote role collaborates with IAM, security operations, cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, and audit to integrate controls while ensuring long-term sustainability

Qualifications

• 14+ years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on privileged access management or identity and access management.
• Experience designing and driving enterprise or global PAM architecture, operating model, or control framework across multiple business units.
• Hands-on experience engineering enterprise PAM platforms (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea): onboarding, vaulting, session management, rotation, integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design PAM reference patterns and patterns like JIT/JEA, session isolation, and vault topology for company-wide adoption.
• Lead hands-on engineering of PAM platform configuration standards, integrations, and automation, including discovery, onboarding, and credential rotation.
• Govern privileged-account onboarding standards, exception requests, and break-glass procedures; drive remediation of coverage gaps across business units.
• Partner across identity, security operations, cloud, DevOps, infrastructure, and audit teams to integrate privileged-access controls.
• Own the PAM platform and vendor relationship; report program status, risk posture, and metrics to security leadership and audit stakeholders.
