Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Senior Identity Specialist to drive strategy, design, and improvement of its global Identity Services ecosystem. The role focuses on IAM solutions, security enhancements, and cross-team collaboration within Corporate IT, with a fully remote work setup.

You will design and automate Identity Service offerings, ensure policy compliance with SOX/GDPR, and mentor teams across regions. Strong leadership and independent work capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or similar IGA platforms and CyberArk or similar PAM solutions.
• Expertise in identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance with security standards (e.g., SOX, GxP, GDPR).
• Ability to develop forward‑thinking strategies aligned with organizational goals and to motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate within global virtual teams; strong communication, troubleshooting, process improvement, and operational support skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, grow, and automate Identity Service solutions, incorporating self-learning, training, and collaboration with industry experts to meet customer needs.
• Secure Identity Service by collaborating with Information Security to validate policies, configurations, and identify new threats.
• Collaborate with a large internal IT group, leading or assisting in solving complex problems.
• Lead migrations and integrations into the identity services.
• Mentor, guide, and train support/operations teams through online sessions, documentation, and site visits.
