Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering field or engineering technology.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC application engineering, applied equipment selection, or pre‑sales technical support.
• 2+ years of experience working with Air Handlers and Chillers.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and optimize Applied HVAC equipment selection based on project specifications.
• Ensure quoting, sizing, and equipment specs meet customer requirements and standards.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and technical improvements in system selection.
• Provide technical application support to sales team members.
• Prepare, review, and approve final technical submittals and proposals.
• Support sales teams in presenting technically sound, competitive solutions to customers.
