Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a HVAC Controls Analyst III to join the IS Technical Services team in Seattle, WA. This role focuses on evaluating, verifying, and optimizing building systems on-site and remotely to deliver optimized energy and project outcomes for retro-commissioning and new construction commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 7+ years commissioning experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with safety focus.
• Proficiency in building automation systems and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead site surveys and develop energy conservation measures for RCx and Cx scopes.
• Document activities and solutions with project delivery teams on a regular basis.
• Develop and QC checklists and functional tests and support commissioning processes.
• Troubleshoot building systems and optimize operation using test instrumentation.
• Provide on-site supervision of trade partners and ensure proper documentation.
