Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an HVAC Controls Analyst III with a strong engineering background to evaluate and optimize building systems for retro-commissioning and new construction commissioning. The role collaborates across project delivery teams, mentors TS staff, and ensures energy conservation measures meet performance targets.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 7+ years in commissioning or related fields, with excellent communication and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Attention to safety.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCx and Cx commissioning activities, including design reviews and submittals.
• Document, review, and communicate technical issues to the project delivery team.
• Develop functional performance tests and pre-functional checklists.
• Perform site surveys and determine facility conditions to identify energy conservation measures.
• Oversee testing, optimisation, and commissioning of building systems on-site or remotely.
