Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an HVAC Controls Analyst II to join the IS Technical Services team. The role focuses on evaluating, verifying, and optimizing building system operation for retro-commissioning and new construction commissioning, on-site or remotely.

The candidate will work with project delivery teams to produce optimized energy outcomes, developing test plans, reports, and documentation, while applying industry best practices. Travel to job sites will be required (40-60%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Document, collaborate, and communicate with project delivery team on technical issues and solutions.
• Execute tasks and deliverables in a timely manner.
• Participate in site surveys, documentation review, and due diligence for RCx and Cx scopes.
• Utilize CxAlloy to document commissioning scopes and develop pre-functional checklists.
• Develop technical reports and project observations for progress and system operation understanding.
• Implement energy conservation measures independently or with partners.
• Oversee and perform functional performance tests for construction scope acceptance.
• Provide on-site supervision of trade partners and sub consultants as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation and archiving of energy measures and programming.
