Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an HVAC Controls Analyst III to join our IS Technical Services team. This role blends engineering acumen with on-site and remote commissioning to optimize building systems and energy performance. You will plan, document, and perform work with minimal direction, focusing on RCx and Cx outcomes.

Lead site surveys, develop tests, and document activities while mentoring staff and collaborating with the project delivery team to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per Company policies and safety guidelines.
• Document, collaborate, and communicate activities and solutions to the project delivery team and Team Manager.
• Lead site surveys, documentation reviews, and due diligence to determine facility conditions and develop energy conservation measures.
• Participate in design and submittal reviews for new construction commissioning.
• Develop and QC pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests in CxAlloy.
• Develop technical reports and project observations to support solutions and progress.
• Implement energy conservation measures independently and with partners as required.
• Review pre-functional checklists against site conditions.
