Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks an HVAC Controls Analyst III within our IS Technical Services team. You will evaluate, verify, and optimize building systems on-site or remotely, planning and documenting work to achieve retro-commissioning and commissioning outcomes.

The role requires independent work with guidance for complex problems, collaboration with engineers and trade partners, and a focus on energy conservation measures and performance testing using CxAlloy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to safety.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with minimal or limited information
• Self directed or able to work with limited direction
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Competency with Cloud Based commissioning software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead site surveys, documentation review, and due diligence activities to determine facility conditions and develop energy conservation measures.
• Participate in design and submittal reviews of new construction scope as part of the commissioning process.
• Develop and QC pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests in CxAlloy.
• Development of technical reports and project observations to the project delivery team to support solutions development and understanding of progress, system operation, on-site conditions, and other required building information.
• Implement energy conservation measures independently and/or in collaboration with project delivery team partners.
• Oversee and execute functional performance tests as part of the acceptance of construction scope.
