Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an HVAC Controls Analyst III to evaluate and optimize building systems for retro-commissioning and new construction commissioning. You will work with the IS Technical Services team to Produce energy and project outcomes, often remotely or on-site, with collaboration across construction management, facilities, and engineering teams.

You will lead site surveys, document issues, develop measures, and use CxAlloy to document scopes while mentoring TS staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and safety focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Competency with cloud-based commissioning software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead site surveys, documentation review, and due diligence to determine facility conditions.
• Develop energy conservation measures and participate in RCx/Cx design reviews.
• Create and QC pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests in CxAlloy.
• Document and communicate activities, issues, and solutions to the project delivery team.
• Oversee on-site supervision of trade partners and sub consultants as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation is stored in company systems and project archives.
• Collaborate with project partners to achieve energy performance targets and milestones.
• Travel 40-60% to job sites and offices as required.
