Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent in HVAC or related field.
• +7 years of commissioning or related field experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and safety focus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Competency with cloud-based commissioning software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks per ENFRA policies and safety guidelines.
• Document activities and coordinate with project delivery team.
• Execute tasks and deliverables on schedule.
• Support RCx and Cx commissioning scopes.
• Utilize CxAlloy to document scopes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize building system programming.
• Oversee on-site supervision of trade partners.
• Ensure energy conservation measures are documented.
