Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an HVAC Controls Analyst III within the IS Technical Services team to evaluate, verify, and optimize building systems on-site or remotely. You will plan, document, and execute commissioning activities for RCx and Cx projects, delivering energy-saving outcomes with a solutions-driven mindset.

You will collaborate with project teams, lead site surveys, develop tests, and document performance using CxAlloy and other tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field is required.
• Engineering Intern (EI) certification is preferred.
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead site surveys and due diligence to determine facility conditions and energy conservation measures.
• Develop functional performance tests and pre-functional checklists.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and modify building system programming to implement energy conservation measures.
• Provide on-site supervision of trade partners and sub consultants when required.
